I fell asleep around 7:30. I slept straight through until 4AM. Considering I got up at 1:30 the other night, and last night I was up from 11:30-2:30, I’m pretty happy with how I slept and when I woke up. I got some reading done for half an hour. I’ll get up in a bit to go sit in the family room.

I decided to do a load of laundry after taking 30mil of melatonin. So I was basically half asleep while it was in the washer. Then I asked my mom to wake my up when the dryer was done. It was done about 8PM but it wasn’t dry despite putting it in for an hour. So I set it for another hour and went back to bed. In the meantime I was waiting for the chicken tenders to be done which took 40 minutes. So I was up again around 8:30. I think I woke up around 10 to get a Gatorade. Then I woke up for good right around 5. The laundry is still in the dryer by the way. It’s dry though.

TLDR: I slept very interrupted and chaotically.

Tossing and turning the first half of the night. Then when I did sleep I had these huge complicated dreams. I’d wake up and basically say oh **** I didn’t want to be awake yet, go back into the weird dreams, wake up and repeat 🔁

Had a good night's sleep. I think I was asleep by 8:30 p.m. and I slept until my alarm went of at 4:00 a.m. Did not keep waking up like I have been either. I wish I could sleep like this every night. Yesterday I discovered the blue light filter on my phone, so I used that. Also read something about kiwi helping with sleep. I figure I have nothing to lose by trying it.

I woke up right before 2. I thought the birds chirping meant it was close to 5. I fell asleep around 7. I think it’s just frustrating that my brother can be as loud as he wants to at 1:30 and it’s ok but my mom tells me to be all quite at 7:30 because he’s sleeping and then when he wakes up she’s so apologetic to him. Dumb double standards in my house.

I slept very well. I fell asleep around 8:30. I woke up at 4:40 and I thought I’d be up but then I fell back asleep until right before 7.

It took me awhile to fall asleep. I woke up at 3. It’s better then most nights I’ve had though. I’m hoping because I woke up early today I’ll sleep until 5 tomorrow morning.

Woah all i do is sleep since I got out of IP Monday. Feels so strange to sleep. I know alot is new meds and they will level out over time. I guess Ill just enjoy this while I can.

It’s unlikely that your meds are poisonous but it could be that they are not working.

I finally got some sleep. I took my thorazine. I stopped taking it because I didn't want to be on two APs, but I can't seem to sleep without it apparently

That sucks blue bird, but so does insomnia.

Maybe an hour, if that. Very bad night and that always affects my back. Soooooo much to do today. I hate it.

Yesterday I woke up at 8:30AM. Tonight I fell asleep for a couple of hours. I’ve been up for about 1.5 hours. I’ve been sleeping in shifts. Friday night I got 5 hours. Last night about 9. Not sure on tonight. But hopefully I’ll go back to sleep soon and wake up again at 8:30 or later. My mom told my brother to keep quite for once when he woke up before I did.

I am still sleeping alot except the night before last when I go NONE. I did get a 2 hour nap in yesterday. I am really nervous to go back to trouble sleeping every damn night.. Now that I no longer have Xanax I worry about layers of anxiety..

I hope that Geodon and Seroquel keep allowing me to sleep daily..

Last week I forgot to put my sleeping pills in my weekly container! I thought I was having a hard time sleeping and that all the sweating was from the humidity, nope withdrawals. Now sleep is back to 5-6 hours of constant walking up and dreams. Last night was taking care of huge oversized babies and then going out to huge oversized trains and trying to get off the tracks while keeping a look out for the bad guy.

Really difficult today, no energy, feeling bruised emotionally, wishing for enough sleep, not able to consume the nutrients I need, lots of dreaming when I do sleep, like Nammu. So glad for you, Christina, hoping your good experience recently will stay with you.

It took forever for me to fall asleep. I finally did at 7. Then I woke up about 45 minutes ago. I get frustrated when this happens because I often wake up hungry and then my calories for the day get screwed up since I’m eating something at 1AM. My pain is like a 2 right now. Only my right side incision is currently bothering me.
