I slept decently but after what, 60 extra mil of Geodon. I had only taken a 20 that morning. So it still added up to my daily amount. I also had 2 Zzquil pure zzz melatonin’s, a muscle relaxer, and a zofran. I basically slept through the night. I took a 60 Geodon at 4:30AM and I fell back asleep until 5:15. So I’m not struggling today with any tiredness from meds.

I recommend Zzquil Pure Zzs to anyone who’s struggling with sleep. They take a bit to work but once they do they work well. It’s just melatonin with lavender and camomile. It’s drug free.

I've been giving in to take the seroquel, even though I didn't want to. I'm lucky I've lost my appetite because that stuff made me gain a huge amount of weight before (although that's just me).. I've been sleeping ok, slightly less hours than I'd like but that's because I live with people who get up early. Otherwise I have some anxiety and depression but I'm a bit better. I don't seem to have any dreams, but that's ok I guess.

The last time I took seroquel (maybe a month ago) I again experienced an angry, sore, red rash on my face. THIS SUCKS

I don’t know if I took too much. I feel weird but is that really that new. I mean it’s not like I’m going to do anything about it one way or the other. But I took my usual Valium. Then I took my lamictal and propalanol around 2:30. Then I felt sick and dizzy so I took a zofran and one of my anti vertigo meds around 3. I took my 20 mil Geodon a bit ago along with 2 zzquil melatonin gummies. I haven’t taken my 80mil Geodon, or my 25mil lamictal. Dinner won’t happen tonight I’m way too drowsy to eat.

I was pretty groggy all night. Kinda half asleep half awake throughout the night. I did get up at 4:30 and I took my correct dose of Geodon. I woke up about 1.5 hours later then usual at 6:30 and I was not able to take a shower since I was so tired. I think it was my anti vertigo med. I don’t usually take it but I took it last night and it can cause drowsiness.

I don’t really remember last night. I think I fell asleep around 7:30 and I got up at some point, I think 1 something to take my Geodon. I also woke up a couple times, don’t remember what time, to chug big glasses of water. I woke up at my usual 5:15 time. I Slept well though and I didn’t take anything strange. Just my usual night meds and my melatonin.
This new melatonin is working pretty good. __________________ I'm Blue |

I didn’t take seroquel last night and woke up at 2:30am for 2 hours. Now it looks like lamictal also raises your resting heart rate and in fact a warning was put on it in March for heart patients. Great. I’m not one but that concerns me.

Lamictal is another med I have not tried.
I've been taking too many benzos for the last week or so for sleep so now need to cut down (significantly) __________________ |

I’m tired right now and I haven’t taken any melatonin yet. I wonder if I can get by without any. I got by last night without any extra meds besides the melatonin.

I took a Valium, 3 melatonin’s, a zofran, and an extra 80 Geodon. I’m not sure it was a good idea to combine all that with the antibiotic I took. But what happens happens I guess.

I didn’t get any sleep after 11:40. I think regular melatonin gives me insomnia. I tried one as soon as I woke up and it didn’t help at all. As long as I’m not visibly crabby my mom won’t pay attention. Which is good. She’s not aware of much of anything except that I still miss my old therapist a lot. She hides my meds but doesn’t know just how depressed and anxious I’ve been. She wouldn’t send me to the hospital or anything like that. She’s always hated the hospitals. but I don’t want her to worry about me because she’s looking forward to this trip.
But I might as well just get up now since it’s my usual time. __________________ I'm Blue |

I have been getting some sleep here and there, I am leaning hard on my Xanax but I figure if its going to be taken away I might as well use it now.

It’s about 3:30 and I’ve been up since 1:30. The problem is I forgot my charger in my moms room and my phone is at 20%. Getting it would be a problem because I’d have take it out of the extension cord and it would make a lot of noise. I could just plug it into the charger in the recliner in the family room. But then I wouldn’t have anything to do for 2 hours except sit in the dark and probably unsuccessfully fall back asleep. So idk. But that’s probably what I’ll have to do because we’re leaving at 9:30 and I need my phone to be completely charged.
I got my charger. I have no desire to go back to sleep. Not sure if it’s mania, or that I’m just kinda looking forward to my trip. I also fell asleep before 6 I think. So 6-1:40 is a lot of sleep. I was so exhausted last night after my meds I fell asleep with my pillow with the arms instead of just my regular pillows. I’m surprised I didn’t wake up with back and neck pain. __________________ I'm Blue Last edited by Mountaindewed; Jul 13, 2021 at 04:41 AM.. |

I fell asleep around 6. I told my mom I’d get up for a piece of pizza later. But I ended up sleeping until quarter to 4. So yesterday I only ate like 500 something calories. Taking all my Geodon at night sure makes a difference in my hunger.
I did sleep with both my weighted blankets totaling 20 pounds. So maybe that’s why I slept so good and for so long. __________________ I'm Blue Last edited by Mountaindewed; Jul 18, 2021 at 06:56 AM.. |
