Slept pretty good at the beginning of the night but woke up far too early. Was able to fall into a lucid dream state. Really rather cool. I’d been hospitalized with the usual bad hospital 🏥 dreams but with the lucid dreaming was able to turn it around. The institutional building turned into a warm connection of warm wooden buildings. And the pdoc changed into a Santa personality. He changed his office into a toy store. He still looked like the pdoc but his personality changed.

I’m trying to stay up as late as possible so I can sleep in as late as possible. Although all my other similar plans have failed. So I’m not sure why I expect this to be any different. The latest I slept in was 12:30PM 10 years ago. I just took another 10 mil melatonin totaling 20 mil. so I’m kind of tired. It is a couple hours later then I normally go to bed.
But I am determined to sleep past 4-4:45AM. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

Quit Ambien CR after being a dummy and taking it 5-6 straight weeks. Anxiety is bad. I've barely slept in 2 days. I'm over the anxiety and sleep issues. It's been non-stop for 6 months.

Well it worked. I fell asleep at about 9. I think I took 30mil of melatonin but I’m not sure. I then woke up at 4:46 and I thought “crap” but then I just forced myself to get back to sleep until 7:15.

Slept three hours straight last night, almost a record. I got another hour in later in the morning. I think I'm going to try taking thorazine before bed or when I usually wake up ~1am regardless of psychotic symptoms or lack thereof to see if that helps tonight.

Didn’t sleep last night. Gave up and got up and tried to read. My back hurt so badly I decided to go back to bed was almost to sleep when my cat ran up me, from my feet, up my legs and back even stepped on my head!

I tried to make myself go to sleep, but here I am, not sleeping, even though I'm very tired.

I fell asleep at 8:30. I’m not sure why I woke up this early. I’m guessing it could just be anxiety and nerves. I took melatonin and ate dinner. This is really early for me to get up
Edit: I got back to sleep about half an hour after writing this and I fell asleep for a couple more hours and I feel ok now. I actually fell asleep after drinking a Mountain Dew. __________________ Ridin' with Biden Last edited by Mountaindewed; Sep 21, 2021 at 05:24 AM.. |

Got four and half hours of sleep, woke up four times. It ain't much better, but I think I am sleeping more now that I use a night light and a stuffed animal to hold (like a little kid haha but whatever works)

I’m back to a tossing and turning for the first half of the night. I’m falling asleep just as the dawn is breaking. But I’m having vivid dreams, most are pretty cool.

My therapist told me to cut my melatonin in half because she said it works better in small amounts. So I did. 3 hours ago. Now it’s much later then I normally would be up if I had taken 30mil. I tried looking for a Benadryl but I couldn’t find one.
The only thing I’ve figured out that works besides meds is some lotion from Lush. It cost me $29 so I hope it helps. It used to work real good. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I got the Benadryl today. I ended up taking about 45 mil of melatonin and an extra 20 mil Geodon last night. So I think Benadryl is my next step. Mainly for safety concerns. I slept from about 9:30 until 6:15. I kept waking up every hour after 3 but I was able to fall back asleep each time.
I know psych hospitals use Benadryl to help out patients and I was actually prescribed it for a bit for sleep when I was 14. It does work but it makes me a bit hungry. But I’ll just try it again. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I just don't know. I wake up, realizing I've been asleep, but I don't know when I fell asleep. It's after midnight I'm sure, & I wake up around 2:30, or 3 something, or 4?

I took the Benadryl around 4. I fell fast asleep at 6 without eating dinner. I woke up right around 1AM. I don’t really want to go back to sleep so I may try reading a bit.

The last 3 days I've gone to bed around 8pm, but I haven't been falling asleep until around 10pm. Waking up at 3:30am. I will take the 5 to 5.5 hours of sleep. It's an improvement. My night anxiety has been better the last few days, so that's probably why I'm getting sleep.

My Benadryl works for a few hours. Then I wake up early. I woke up last night at 11:36 and I took another one. The box says you can take 2 at a time. But I didn’t fall back asleep until 2:30. But I can’t take the Benadryl for the next 6 days and it may not have been a good idea to take it last night either….
But I can still take melatonin. But I’ll be careful and just take one and get as much sleep as I can. I also can’t drink herbal teas. So I can’t drink sleepy time or tension tamer. Sleep may be pretty rough for awhile. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I am sleeping every night or morning, but it's more like a nap. Still, I appreciate being able to sleep even a little bit. The body seems to be forcing me to fall asleep at various times.
