Yay, Christina!

Last night was one of those rare nights. Went to bed around 11 pm took my meds and read for about 30 minutes and turned out the lights. Didn’t take long to fall sleep, maybe midnight. Woke at 8am. Dreams were light and fun, funny. I was attending a wedding. We all wore hats.

I dont really remember last night. I think I fell asleep early but I forget what time I woke up. But I slept good but I think I vaugely remember sleep eating a candy bar.

I seem to be changing the way I've been sleeping. I still wake up way too early, but the last couple of cycles, I've been able to fall asleep later for a while. So at least I'm getting a little more rest for the system.

I had a mug of tea before I went to bed and I took my sleep meds and I got about an hour of sleep before waking up. Yeah drinking black tea before bed is bad.

Last night was bad. I wont go into details. But I did sleep pretty good. Tonight I had my usual sleep meds. I got a box of Sleepy Time tea yesterday. So I had a mug of that just now. It seemed to help my anxiety I'm not sure how my sleep will be. I had a big pitcher of matcha green tea and a couple caffeinated sodas today.

I fell asleep at 11 because I couldnt put my phone down. I woke up super late at 8:30 but I felt rested and I did ok without coffee.

It took awhile for me to fall asleep. Like almost 9. Finally I just turmed on my music and I was asleep fairly quickly. I was just so hungry. I woke up about 6 hours later at 2 still starving. I drifted off to sleep for a bit more. I want to weigh myself so I'm trying to put off eating anything but I cant sleep tho because of this hunger.

I weighed myself and then I drank an entire pitcher of unsweetened matcha iced tea, which was a lot. and I ate 3 clementines. So I am not tired but I'm still kind of hungry. I'll get up in 40 minutes or so to take a shower.

I still woke up extremely early, but I did seem to sleep well, & I'm feeling ok.

Oh soo wearied from dreams. I was exhausted in my dream had a horrible, horrible headache and went to the hospital they gave me shots, still I had a headache. My 7th & 8th grade music teacher was a counselor and gave me a two story garage full of boxes that I was to go though to help. I was so exhausted though and didn’t, went back to the hospital and saw a psychiatrist and tried to ask for help, realized I was suicidal but before I could ask she disappeared. I sat at a picnic table so wearied and tired,…then my cat woke me up and I realized I was fine.

Was able to fall asleep pretty much right away at like 8pm. Woke up at 2am. I'm good with that. I'd always rather sleep like that than have the horrible anxiety at night and get to sleep late.

I hope your back starts feeling better soon, @~Christina, & your stress eases up.

I didn't do as well this time. I did sleep some, though, like Christina. I've been drinking extra coffee lately to help me get some things done, so that's possibly adding to the problem.

I was sleeping fine until I threw up In my mouth in my sleep and it went down the wrong way. That was 15 minutes ago and I'm still coughing and my throat is sore. I took a cepcal but it still really hurts.

I took 3 x 20mg temazepam last night (in two doses, woke up very early before 3.00 am probably, did not check the time) (not a good night and soon I'll have far too few of these temazepam (Restoril)

I took a diffrent kind of melatoinin. I was on it before. My moms friend gave it to me. Its a 3 layer time release kind. The first layer is calming. The second layer is fast acting. Then the 3rd layer helps you stay asleep longer. I took just one a couple hours before I went to bed and then around 6 I was out like a light. I did get up around 8:30 to get some iced tea and then at 11:40 I ate some candy. But then after 11:40 I slept so deeply I was sure when I woke up it was only 2:30. But it was 6:07. Then I think I went back to sleep until 7. But that one pill worked great besides the sleep eating candy part. Its super expensive though.

I've been sleeping a little better lately, maybe even some deep sleep. But it's still mostly in the evening & I'm awake around midnight & thereafter.

Dawn I am so sorry that your doing the early middle of the night awakes !! I get so much more frustrated and edgy doing that then staying awake most the night. i dunno why but early wakes up are awful...

Had a really cool dream last night. Tried to hang on to it by not opening my eyes 👀 when I woke up. But it leaked away. All I remember now is I had a tiny European car. With a big boat on it and we were in the canals of San Antonio and it was Christmas time. The was a snow machine on one part of the canal.
