It was just a typical night for me. I slept from about 7PM until 10:30. Then I was up from 10:30 until 1AM. Then I got back to sleep until 4 something. Advil is amazing.

Had an amazing dream. Relatives from both sides came to my house for a huge get together. Which took place in a huge, ginormous basement. There were toys everywhere for the kids and they were mixing up the parts and I was trying to separate the parts into their correct parts but the kids didn’t care.. the parents were like oh just let them each take what they like. The toys were gifts that they had gotten and they were all sharing very nicely. The toys were really fantastic and complex. I saw relatives in my dreams that have been dead for years. Really nice dream.

That is a nice dream, Nammu. I used to dream that my aunt was visiting me. I loved those dreams, but I haven't had one in a very long time. I guess she's moved on.

Now trying to sleep with a cpap. Cut back on caffeine BUT got put on stimulants for ADD. About 4 hours of sleep last night.

It's almost midnight. I took Tylenol PM because I have had a headache for days. But I can tell I'm not going to fall asleep for at least 90 minutes. So I'm thinking of taking 12.5 of Seroquel. I really want this day to end. I feel like getting in my car and just driving to wherever, listening to the radio. But no $ for gas. I guess I'll just lie down anyway. Window open, fan blowing on me. Cats.

I took my normal meds and normal melatonin. I fell asleep without music from 7-2. I then listened to music the rest of the night. I got about 20 minutes of sleep around 7:40 until my mom woke me up at 8.

Ugh, haven’t slept well for 3-4 nights. Really draggy. Did have a nice but confusing dream during the couple hours I slept. My grandfather was alive and was going into a care home so all the relatives gathered and arranged for a huge chorus in red silk robes to see him welcomed to his new place. I went off with three aunties to a church where they were sure someone was bad talking their brother. My hearing aid died and I couldn’t hear. One aunt had a toy that captioned speakers words. And we were going up and down ladders and sneaking though back halls. When I think about it , it really was funny. Nice to see my grandfather again.

I've been up since 10. My throats really been bothering me and I'm sure I'm not the only person in the world losing sleep over the tragedy in Texas.

Got no sleep last night. I added the extra 20mg latuda to my meds last night and nothing. Tonight I’m going to try both the new AP and the latuda. I gotta sleep sometime. Despite no sleep I did go to fitness class but not aqua class, I just couldn’t bring myself to get in a cold pool!

I fell asleep before 7 I think. I woke up right before 10. I was kinda frustrated since I didn't sleep good the night before. I got back to sleep sometime before 1. I woke up right before 5. I feel decent I guess.

My throat pain woke me up half an hour ago and I had some bad wet, throw up like cough I had to clear. I still have some in my throat so the pain is still there.

I have had a headache for 2 weeks. Not unusual, but sure not pleasant. Never did sleep tonight. The Haldol didn't seem to do anything, I think the dose of 2mg. is too low.

Oo having a headache for two weeks is miserable. Hope you get some sleep tonight.
I did get some decent sleep. The weather cleared up and the low system moved off plus I listened to rock and roll last night.
