I got a letter today from my gynecologist and they want me to fill out a consent form for my insurance company so they can bill them. My mom says it’s just so they can bill the insurance and they most likely have already talked with them. Then maybe they already got the go ahead? I don’t know.
Is this anything to worry about? It freaked me out so badly I just impulsively took 2 anti vertigo meds and 3 melatonin’s so I can sleep through the night and hopefully all day tomorrow so I can wait until Monday to deal with this stuff when people are in office. Saturday nights are always the worst for me.

It sounds like the letter is exactly what you said...a consent form signed by you so the doctor can bill your insurance company. I agree with your mom. I think it's a positive letter.

I signed it yesterday. Then personally delivered it to the office this morning instead of sending it through mail. Now I just have to wait which will be the hard part.
