Trying to get my kids ready to go back to school is causing stress and making my bipolar symptoms to break through. I would rather them do virtual learning again. I know they have paperwork to fill out before school and they haven’t sent them yet. These for need a doctor to sign them and that takes time. Also can’t get a straight answer about back to school night. I am a planner and not knowing is really anxiety provoking. I will have to call the school tomorrow. I already had to call once to figure the school hours since they didn’t post them. Evening feels so disorganized.

Hi, Crook32. I'm sorry getting your children ready for school is causing so much stress. Have you told your therapist? Maybe they can give you some helpful suggestions.

What I can think of is taking things one step at a time. Are your children old enough to help any?
Thanks for this!
