I just got asked by a former teammate if I could come up to soccer practice and coach her goalies. It is just the one day but way out of my comfort zone. First I have to drive over an hour to get there. Then I actually have to talk to people. I hate driving and talking it will peak my anxiety. Just hope my bum knee won’t get in my way too much.

Fingers crossed. I have to face my anxiety. A little hypomania right now would be a good thing.

Wishing you the strength to achieve this goal. Sometimes when you get there things turn out easier than you initially thought. You never know unless you give it a shot.
