Anyone else get nightmares or is it just my ptsd that is causing it? It is so hard to figure out what diseases are causing certain symptoms.
They seemed to get worse as I do some exercising. It is only a couple minutes to start but my drs want me to start there and get better. It is so hard to believe I can barely do two minutes since I was an athlete most of my life. Two minutes and I feel so out of breath. Hoping though I lose weight even if it doesn’t help with my illnesses. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I experience many nightmares. They can be so scary even after I wake up. Sorry you suffer from nightmares. I need to do more exercise. , although I have never been an athlete like you. Best to you!

I have nightmares due to CPTSD/PTSD. Several a night, every night, for years. There's a few medications for that if you can't take the first line Prazosin. Really wish I didn't need to do my own research then cite stuff to my psychiatrist.
Not my post but someone wrote a nice article explaining the recommendations from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in 2018. Medications That Can Help with Nightmares in PTSD - MH@H |
