I'm so angry for no reason. I shared to much on face book yesterday I was able to delete it before anyone commented. I can feel my pulse. I'm trying just to breathe through it but it's not working. I'm looking for a fight. will taking my anxiety meds help? My husband suggested he go to the library to do work and I almost bit his head off. I can spit fire right now. I want to fight, I want to SH, I got mad that he went to sleep while I was still talking to him. I'm bored but can't color because I will get frustrated and break the pencils. I'm trying to stay quiet and just listen to music. I leave in a week. I'm debating on staying here alone for a month instead of going but living alone may not be best for me right now. My leg is shaking. I should probably stop the caffeine.

I'd stOp the caffeine. I think it makes anxiety worse.

Im dealing with Anger too.. I don't have any sure fire ways to decrease but I keep throwing coping skills at it until something sticks which for me right now is using our Pulse Ox as I can breathe and watch the heart rate go down. Id skip the caffeine for sure.

definitely skip the caffeine. i love my cokes and tea but if i drink too much then my anxiety/frustration increases with energy. have you got any relaxing hot tea to drink? maybe a calm relaxing shower. one DBT skill is the TIP skill which stands for temperature (think cold water to the face), intense exercise (running in place maybe) and paced breathing (slow that breathing down to a calm level)

I stopped the caffeine. I don't drink tea. I'm angry and so scattered that I'm not talking. H accused me of being manic. I'm trying to be under control. I'll try TIP.

How much longer are you away?

Sorry you are cold. I'm cold too and I'm not used to year=round warm weather. Here it isn't that chilly today but it is wet and it feels colder than it is.

I'm so angry I want to 😢. It's my husband's birthday and he's drinking which will make him extremely depressed to the point of low level psychosis. That can be hidden from others but not from me. He's already a bit obsessed with politics that it effects him greatly possibly low level psychosis and he goes and does this. I already wrote to him that this is his last time. We'll see when he comes to bed.

Regular exercise, even walking helps me so much. I may get up the nerve to go back to indoor water aerobics at my new gym when it's 2 weeks after my booster vaccine. The pool is great because once Im in the water, no one will be able to see all the weight Ive gained during covid and it will melt away! Winters are glorious here!
I drink McD's sugar free iced coffee, which is mostly milk. Going to McD's gives me an excuse to get out of the house!
Ive been angry lately also. I have to make all the decisions in my household and the responsibilities keep building up and up and up. I now have to consider moving to San Diego to be near family and to be in a state that is dealing more aggressively with covid and has better medical treatment. What a project moving will be with the chaos the housing industry is in now!
