It’s a wavy salt and pepper faded auburn that I should probably dye until it turns into a prettier silver grey, but this color looks pretty good with my new glasses so I won’t dye it soon. Dads hair turned silver early on but mum at 93 still has very dark natural hair with only a bit of gray.
Do you watch late night talk shows? If so which ones. __________________ Nammu …Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. …... Desiderata Max Ehrmann |

Ooo that’s a tough one too. I love chai but limit myself to one. If I drink soda I also limit myself to one so mostly I drink water,…but I don’t love it.

May...It's not too hot, but it's green & the daylight hours are longer. That's baseball season, too.

My favorite month is likely May. It's my birthday and anniversary month, plus spring is lovely. I suppose a runner up would be September. That's one of the loveliest months of autumn. Again, pleasant weather, sights and smells. I do tend to be more stable in autumn than in spring, the latter in which I often become hypomanic or manic, however last spring I did not. What time of day do you usually feel at your best? And how does that feeling differ from other times of day? __________________ Dx: Bipolar type 1 Psych Medications: * Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg * Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg * Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 600 mg * Seroquel IR (quetiapine IR) 50 mg * Lyrica (pregabalin) 100 mg |

No. I'm not at all fond of driving, so it would be too stressful for me. I can drive, but do so in a very limited way. Have you ordered online groceries in the past? If so, how often have you done it? __________________ Dx: Bipolar type 1 Psych Medications: * Tegretol XR (carbamazepine ER) 800 mg * Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg * Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 600 mg * Seroquel IR (quetiapine IR) 50 mg * Lyrica (pregabalin) 100 mg |

I just did it recently, was offered free delivery so tried it. But the extra fees added up. Wouldn’t do it again. But did try the grocery pick up service. The ordering on line was easy. I pick them up this afternoon. We’ll see how that part goes then.

Yup, 3 cats.
Do you typically listen to music of the same (presumably your favorite) genre or do you enjoy music of all genres? __________________ If any chord that I could strum Make me feel less like a man I'd slam my fingers in the doorway And shatter all the bones So I could never strum again |

Question: What's your favourite meal of all time? Do you get to have it often? Is it better if someone else makes it? Sent from my SM-G980F using Tapatalk |

My all-time favorite meal was Alaskan King Crab i got at The Keg restaurant with my family when i was a teen gymnast and anorexic and had just finished the competitive season and allowed myself something indulgent. I ate the whole thing! The waiter was so astonished he did a double-take and my dad explained about me being on a restrictive diet due to training. That was THEE best meal i ever ate!
Do you find it hard to talk now, especially on the phone, since the pandemic? I've never been very good on the phone, but since the pandemic and talking so little in general i get stumped on the phone and search for words, it's very awkward. |

No, quite the opposite actually. I look forward to talking to people on the phone and find calling to make appointments/ask questions/do business easier because it's human connection but still staying safe. I used to hate talking on the phone, but now it's not too bad. In person however has become more difficult mostly for wearing masks and not really being able to read people as well and not trusting the other person to be healthy and so on.
If you could create your own planet, what would it be like? Would it have life? What kind of life? __________________ If any chord that I could strum Make me feel less like a man I'd slam my fingers in the doorway And shatter all the bones So I could never strum again |

A luxury sedan, which one is constantly changing. the problem is I like the look of cars from the 20’s the long sleek coupe and they don’t make them like that anymore but I like the modern touches like heat, power steering and AC. So if money really wasn’t an issue I’d have one made for me that had the look of the 1920 or 1930s luxury British car. A two seater.

what do you think of the name biff?. (strange question, sure!), but I've encountered this name a lot lately as a full name for a boy |

Clara or Laura. Not sure about a boy's name.
