I have become addicted to AF beers.
some have 0.0% alcohol, others have less than .05%
this 16 oz well being intentional IPA is very good and has 97 calories. and taste great.
But has more calories than the others that I have been drinking which only have 10 calories.
The one that I am drinking now has 0.0 alcohol and 0 calories, it taste ok from japan.
This 4 day weekend has me having more and more each day.
I think about them when I am working and nothing tastes as good as the first one
that I chug when I get home.
what do you all think of me?

read heard about endorphines being released when we drink alcohol, wonder if the NA beers do the same thing?

You're the only one who can determine if AF beer is a problem. Is it the cost that leads you to think they're a problem, because you're not getting drunk ?

I went back to the liquor store and bought

all of the 0.0 with 0 calories ones from japan.
And all of the partake ones with 10 calories but .5% alcohol.
My mind did not want to run out of these af beers
so I have a lot on hand now.It is better than drinking
alcohol they are about $10 a six pack. that is what
one beer and a tip at a bar would cost. so cost is not the problem.
I am sleeping like a baby I feel great. It is nice being
able to drive at night now that I am not drinking any booze,

I have been able to lose weight.
so am happy with the NA beers. So far I have been alcohol free 27 days.

Hi bizi. I am glad you are alcohol free. What I see from your story, though, is a bit of a continuation of either obsessive thinking about "beer" or a slight addiction to this similar but alcohol free substitute. But this is not unusual at all. In AA meetings you see extreme coffee drinking and smoking. But neither contains alcohol. However, they don't taste like an alcoholic beverage.

My advice? See how you react to this non-alcoholic beer over a longer term. If one day you go to the store and stand in front of the real beer, maybe consider stepping away from that "flavor" and try something different (not beer flavored).
