Well I made it 30 days pretty much thanks to these na beers. I have 3 before 7;30-8 my window of eating drinking calories.
Then I switch to 0.0.0 beers no calories no alcohol from japan. I guess it tastes like beer. has the bubbly burn when I drink it fast. my weight was 188.4 this morning which means I have lost 12 pounds in 2 months. I am happy with that. Wish it were quicker but it did not come on over night and it is not going to come off over night. bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |
