My provider was reluctant to lower me below 300 mg of Lithium because of my long history of suicidal thinking. I tend to agree with her. We’ve lowered from 600 to 300 so hopefully that will help the kidneys and platelets out.

I’m working on getting caught up on my to do list. It seems miles long. I’ve been working hard.

I told my daughter the next move was hers. She has texted I love you a few times but that’s it. No suggestions to get together to visit or anything else to work things out. That hurts. I’m trying to find some peace over it.

Gardening sounds lovely.

Your husband's friend - that's pretty much what my son and his wife do. They're based in San Francisco, but they travel all over the world and stay where they want to for periods of time. It's a wonderful way to live if one works from home. My only sadness about my son is that I don't envision a grandchild in my future I hope I'm wrong.

First do you have a self care box? So for me when I’m up and buying everything I put a portion of the new fun things into a box to save for when I’m down. Thanks bethrags! I’ve got sunglasses that are large enough to fit over my glasses I just got them on Amazon for cheap. Most of the time I don’t need to do all these but at points I have. Use what works for you Bipolar check-in #63
