I am a little paranoid. I have been having periodic episodes of depression where my energy level is very low. I almost did not make it into work a few days ago.. I have been having frequent problems putting sentences together. I have to push myself to do something, even that which I find interesting and wish I could do. I find myself getting agitated over little things, including my hands shaking allot. I have episodes of feeling like crying, and sometimes do. The pain I feel.

Is this bipolar depression?

Depression and paranoia are difficult states to be in. I think the paranoia is almost worse but then again the are separate entities. I often get intrusive thoughts with paranoia which just makes everything worse. Having paranoia can lead to depression after the paranoia abates.

I hope this episode passes quickly for you.

Yeah, it sounds like a depressive episode. Hope you feel better soon, maybe talk to your pdoc about it?

Yo need to tell a psychiatrist what you are telling us. We are not qualified to diagnose but it is very familiar.

Increase your self care. We tend to forget that when we are dealing with a mood shift.
