(this thread isn't any sort of ''rival'' to the cool insomnia club which I greatly appreciate. Just thought it might help me a bit to track some stuff here, for now)

I hate those wakings in the night. I never, or almost never go back to sleep without benzos and I've almost run out of them. Another month to go before refill. Still too hot here (not sure of the temp, it's very humid often especially yesterday)

Today I put on a linen skirt and t shirt. Much more pleasant than the pyjama bottom (and non matching pyjama top) I had on yesterday. The bottoms kept falling down. I was miserable (not only because of that).

Hi Fuzzy, sorry to hear you're having trouble sleeping and almost out of benzos. I can't sleep these days without benzos either.

Ugh, I think humidity must add to your bad feelings. A linen skirt is a smart idea.

I just heard a pdoc interviewed; he said that every mental illness is related to sleep issues. I believe that. I'm concerned about you running out of benzos, though. Can you talk with your prescriber, FuzzY
