I seem to be getting either 10 hours or 4 hours of sleep a night. Not changing anything with my meds. Maybe on the four hour nights I'm accidentally drinking black tea too late (My mug keeps things hot for 8+ hours so I have to let things sit for a while before drinking).

Been sleeping kinda “okay” lately. Nothing stupendous but sleep of some sort every night.
Nammu ?? Any dreams to share ?! Dawn ?! How are you doing ? Finding anymore sleep ? Hugs ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

I keep falling asleep throughout the day & night, & I usually sleep for an hour or two, almost always awakening from a strange dream.

I woke up at 3am. Took gabapentin, it might help me get back to sleep.

No, no fantastic dreams lately. I’ve been waking up early but with at least 6 hours so pretty good. Do miss my dreams tho. 🤪

I got about an hour or 45 minutes of sleep after 11 something. I'm not too tired though but I didn't do much of anything today.

I think I slept decently. I kept having this weird thought that Danny Devito was going to die soon and then I'd fall asleep and it was incorporated into my dreams and **** like that and Danny was replaced with the Grim Reapeor and it was just like weird like I took shrooms or something before bed.

I slept for close to 13 hours for some reason. I had a lot of that hallucination sleep stuff again I had the other night.

Keep having dreams at freakin' Foxwoods. There was the one where I was trying to find a bathroom to puke in and beat the shyt out of those four girls and then last night my God sister and I were trying to sneak into a movie or concert or something there.

I fell asleep at 6. I woke up at 11. I got back to sleep around 2:15-2:30 and I woke up right about 5:30. It wasn't the best night but I've managed today without coffee or a lot of caffeine so it wasn't too bad.

I left the hotel at 4 to go to my aunts house and got back
at 9:30 and I didn't take any Geodon or melatonin while I was gone. So I took everything when I came back and I fell asleep at about 10:30. I've been listening to classical sleep music instead of my regular stuff and its been helpful. I woke up once a couple times, once at 3 and then at 4, but I got back to sleep until 6:30. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

I had the hotel to myself and I fell asleep before 7 and then I woke up around 11. My brother had his ipad and the TV going until 1 and then once he was done with all that I fell asleep pretty much instantly until 6:30. So it was a pretty decent second night.

In the past few weeks, I've kind of settled into a routine. I'll usually fall asleep as soon as I get home (8-9pm), wake up about 2-3am, be up for an hour or so and sleep until around 7:30am. It's an interesting routine, different than my usual sleep schedule, but it seems to work. Usually. I woke up at 2:45am and couldn't get back to sleep. Thank goodness it's my day off!

I fell asleep at 5:30 and slept through dinner. I woke up at 11 and stayed up until 4 or 5 something and then I fell back asleep until 6:30. I feel kinda ok.

I've been awake since 7 am yesterday and now want to sleep, but have things to do today which need doing. I'm awake for sometimes 2 to 3 days in a row, sometime sleep for an hour and a half then a few hours later pass out again on repeat.
I'm attempting to create a routine to help with everything I'm going through and starting to help me get back in a better mindset, but this has been affecting my routine terribly. Do you think I should fall asleep this early, or should a try to keep awake until later on tonight? I want to set up a Psychiatrist appointment today, but I'm extremely tired and can't think straight. __________________ Fun is not optional, it is mandatory. |

I fell asleep at 6 and woke up at 11:45. I tried my music and stuff. Then at 2:30 I decided to work out. I then made something to eat at 3:30 and I fell back asleep before 4 and slept until 7:30. So I feel ok.

I fell asleep right before 6. I woke up at 9:30. I tried some gummy melatonin but it didn't work. Then at 3:30 I took my morning meds which knocked me out pretty good until 7:30.

I fell asleep before 5:30. I tried not to. I woke up at 12:15 and then fell back asleep from 3:30 until 7:30. So overall it wasn't too bad.
