Maybe in California or Colorado where you can get specific strains that work better at this or that?
In Massachusetts' dispensaries they have menus that are pages long with various strains of various %s of THC/CBD. I find stuff with low-medium levels of THC and high levels of CBD help me sleep the best. Legalization is great.

Oh, Massachusetts is one of the enlightened states! Yeah, I wish my state would just legalize it for recreation but there’s too many far right nuts blocking the attempts. This low dose edibles bill escaped scrutiny because the right thought it was something else. In my experience Mary Jane is far safer than alcohol. I don’t know if it’s because of the format or what but I’m disappointed in what’s available here.

Yeah, in my experience mj is more helpful than harmful as long as it's regulated and not laced with say fentanyl like you get up here sometimes (which is why everyone around here over 21 goes to MA for the good stuff).

Still angry that Nude Hampster is just this island of prohibition in the Northeast. Legal in Maine, legal in Vermont, legal in Quebec, legal in MA, but here? nope. But you can get hard liquor SUPER DOOPER cheap right on the fkn highway.

Yeah I’m in the mid west, pretty conservative. But we are the most liberal in women's health care so we’re a designated state for healthcare. Minnesota was a leader in education until they voted for a bunch of loser governors that wreaked our education. Lots of Scandinavians here!

Relied on benadryl to sleep last night again but it didn't work too well. When I see my new pdoc I'm gonna ask for clonidine to hopefully combo-help sleep and adhd stuff. When I took it as a teen it didn't help with sleep much but then again I probably took it then drank two cups of coffee and said it didn't work knowing me then lol.

I woke up too early again. But I think I may have done a little bit better this time. Still tired, though.

I took a left over 10mg pill. Oh it was sweet, popped off to never never land swiftly and woke up once around 5 am then went back to sleep until the alarm went off! Sweet! 7 solid hours of sleep!

Well that sucks ! I’ve never been able to do AD’s for that reason but I agree to give it a chance. I know I got lucky that I can tolerate it.

I would love to try edibles. But my state is being a jerk at this point. Eventually I hope it’s allowed !

Glad you got some sleep last night

I’ve had a headache for 2 days so my sleep is lousy.

I’m just miserable with this heat. I have a ceiling fan and a fan on my dresser but I still feel hot and sweaty so that makes good sleep impossible. Come on Fall !!!!!!!

Go easy on yourselves.

Me, too! Always somewhere around two hours lately. I've got problems.

I slept really good last night. I took one 10mil melatonin and slept from 6:30 until almost 4 and then I fell back asleep 15 minutes later until 5:15. One of the side effects of my new meds is insomnia but it seems to be helping me out with my sleep. I did also cut back drastically on caffeine and most days I'm down to just one soda before 8AM.

Is there some great unspoken rules that two hours is the minimum? Or maximum? Because me three, 2 hours of broken sleep seems to be all I get without artificial help.

Seems to me it's just the max. Of course the sleep gods would allow us to only sleep for 45 minutes some nights.

I fell asleep at 6:45 and slept until 2:45. I'm just in general tired and lacking physical energy. I do my sleep apnea test on Friday.

The ambien I took Sunday night must have help reset my sleep for Monday night too but not last night. Had an awful time sleeping. Was waking up constantly and for some reason my pillow was suddenly too hard, my ear was hurting. So today I have a buzzing in my head from too little sleep. Hopefully I sleep tonight

I do sleep sometimes, & I feel glad when I wake up & realize I finally fell asleep. I wish I could sleep for 7 hours like I used to. But at least I'm alive & able to do a little bit, & I try to give myself credit for those few things that I manage to accomplish. At the moment I feel extremely sad & disappointed in myself. I think it's mostly feeling overwhelmed by too much of a lot of things.
