Yeah, I don't really think I'm "cool" myself, but I have been struggling with staying asleep in the mornings now because the sun is coming up earlier. Summer has done this for me for the last 10 or so years. It's when I did, in fact, suffer from insomnia. But I'm still getting at least 6 to 7 hours now. Not ideal for me, but it's still pretty good. Hopefully, it will stay. I really cannot function on little to know sleep. I really feel for you folks that struggle often! *hugs

The birds start chirping at 3AM. Those flapping bird ****ers need to shut up! Luckily our air conditioner is on now so I didn't hear them this morning!

Sleep has proved elusive. I go to bed between 11:30-midnight. Then by 1:30 2 am I’m awake and can’t get comfortable. I’m awake for a couple hours then I fall asleep only to wake up at 7. Even if I was sleeping though the night and waking at 7 that’s not enough sleep.
I see my pdoc on Wednesday, I’m hoping to raise my ambien back to what it used to be. I really need some decent sleep. __________________ Nammu …Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. I've been sleeping better at night and taking naps again after getting off a med that was causing partial insomnia. Last night was kinda rough and after exhausting all my music and other things I finally turned on a 2 hour brown noise and then I fell asleep pretty much instantly and I woke up past the 2 hours with no idea where I was, what year it was, or basically who I even was. Idk but it seemed to work as good as a sleeping pill. I'd only save it for emergencys myself. I've had good luck using brown noise before. Way better than white noise or rainforest sounds.

I slept good last night even though I barely ate all day and took a 2 hour Iong nap yesterday afternoon. Clearly something isn't right with me though.

I've been having the same 2 dreams the last number of nights. I can guess why I'm having them.
One of them involves me having my gallbladder or something removed. I'm guessing maybe I'm feeling the pain in my sleep? The second dream is where I'm going international grocery shopping. Which I really want to do one of these days. Take a trip to Canada and check out their Walmart. I've been asking my mon for awhile to take a trip there. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

i've been falling back into my sleep at 2 or 3am and wake at 12:30pm pattern. it's cuz people here stay up late, and as host, i want to make sure everything is taken care of at night...also, i like to spend my time online in those late night hours. Not the best idea, but i don't get to check in as much during the day.
the whole reason for this bad pattern though was because I've been sick and now I'm on period. like, i can't afford to sleep less...hopefully tonight, i can sleep early cuz we're planning to go to the carnival by like 12 or 1pm tomorrow. eek __________________ Celexa (Citalopram) 20mg Levothyroxine .75mg Liothyronine 5MCG (2x daily) Probiotics And a whole slew of vitamin and herbal supplements. |

I had that same gallbladder dream again and I didn't sleep good. But I did finally find the piece of music I've been trying to find for years. Its actually from several SpongeBob episodes and its called Untuned. Its just music. Not any words. And only 25 seconds. I tried finding it in 2016 or so but the only google result that came up was some other guy looking for it too. So it helped me fall asleep the first time and it got me back to sleep at 4.
