I fell asleep before 7 as normal. I woke up at 12:30. This time it was for sure my brother who woke me up. I got back to sleep at 3 something and woke up right before 5:30. So it wasn't too bad of a night.

I did sleep for a while. I had an unpleasant dream. I feel a little bit better than recently.

Well, I laid down at 11:30 and got up at 1.. I hope I can get more sleep but I'm doubtful.

I wanted to try a nap yesterday but it was too hot. Then when it was night & cooler, I had to stay awake to enjoy the cooler temperature. It's so weird. I googled re: when the temps will cool down. I didn't really get an answer. Anyway, I hope to fall asleep eventually.

I didn't take my melatonin because I wanted to watch AGT. I ended up falling asleep and missing it anyways. I woke up at 11 to take the melatonin and I got back to sleep fairly quickly until 5:15. So it wasn't a bad night. I'll watch AGT on the DVR later.

It's early (6am), but I'm actually well rested. Got a good seven hours, which is nice, considering the day ahead for me!

I slipped into a couple of naps this morning, & I dreamed. I felt so glad each time I awoke, realizing I had managed to sleep any amount.

I fell asleep with a stomach ache before 6:30. I woke up around 1 slightly hungry but I ate some tic tacs and it helped. Now I just feel kinda blah and still tired but I don't want to go back to sleep.

I got 4-5 hours of sleep dreamed I worked in a huge, huge store that had a hospital attached and did surgery. The flowers were next door to the maternity section.

I got forced into naps yesterday (by the body?) & dreamed. I tried to sleep a while ago, but could'nt. I'm on my way to try again.

No real sleep last night. I maybe got an hour. Stressing over the sink repair. On the plus side, once that's all said and done, I might be able to sleep a bit. Hopefully.

3-4 hours. Been reading up on rebound insomnia. It’s likely to last a couple weeks.

I fell asleep before 7 and I woke up sometime around 4. I woke up once at 11:30 and thought there would be issues but there wasn't. Thats pretty good considering I took a 2 hour nap yesterday and went to bed on a basically empty stomach. Yeah I need to get that blood work done....

It was very hot in my room and I couldn't sleep so I took an extra melatonin and got to sleep at about 7:30, right as the air kicked in. but less is more with melatonin and I ended up waking up around 1 something. My mom got pissed at me for turning on the AC but she is the one still sleeping. At least I got my book finished.
