Hi,
I am having a side effect that needs to be addressed ASAP. It is not life-threatening, but I urgently need to speak with my pdoc about it so she can make a change. I called yesterday a few times until I finally got to talk to the answering service. They said that they texted her about it and that she would call me within a certain timeframe, but no call back. I called multiple times in hopes of getting to speak with the receptionist again, but no receptionist picks up. I left a message today since the side effect occurred again, but no answer. What would you do in my situation? I can't have this continue, and I'm getting worried. |

I mean it depends. If it's urgent I'd go to the ER and say I can't contact my pdoc but [side effect] is happening. If it can wait a few days I'd keep calling pdoc's office. If it's a brand new med I'd just stop it.

Yeah, I agree with Boots. What a frustrating situation.
