I’ve done two sessions with clients this week and both were in crisis.

Hard week

It was my very first two sessions so I was kinda stressed

I am a peer support specialist. I am going to school to be a social worker-I am a senior and I start my practicum in two weeks

1mg of cogentin 2x a day
klonipin , 1mg at night,
4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation


multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon
PRN Remeron 15mg at night,
zyprexa10mg under tongue,
requip2mg.

Thanks guys. Had another session today and another two tomorrow. My boss told me I’m doing A great job. I just have to get the correct structure.
