short I never, ever, ever wear long. I don't like the way it feels on my skin you wake up one morning with no mental health issues and no physical pain. you think it's great, until you see a note that says, this will only last 24 hours. anything you do in these 24 hours, will be wiped from your life tomorrow, and when you wake up, you will be the same person as you were before this day. what do you do with your 24 hours? |

Spend the day at the zoo with Papa bear, then go out for a meal and maybe a movie too...

Gone With the Wind, and Melanie is my favorite character. I love that she loves so hard, and is also gentle and strong.

Good question. I think maybe papa bear and I have different ''love languages''.. he mostly shows his love by things like cooking, I thought, to begin with, that Charles and Diana were ''romantic'' but how wrong I was. With his cruelty and all.
do you sometimes experience ''rapid cycling'' moods or similar? __________________ |

I did a lot before I went on clozapine. Now it's rare.

Yup we do. It’s old school here though, three bins and no glass. They are quite picky.

Yeah (and it's not old school here at all), although I'm pretty sure they just throw out everything anyways since some people can't differentiate between recyclable plastics and non-recyclable plastics.

The blues. I dabbled with playing Blues guitar and that type of music reaches into so many different genres to me. Rock, Soul, even some Metal.

You have a Tatty Teddy?! So lucky! When I was seventeen a boy who kept asking me out on dates (I kept refusing) put a very large, heart-shaped box of chocolates at my door on Valentine's Day. My mom saw it and I was so angry I threw it all away Now I am ashamed of myself for having done such a thing. Q: What are 3 things you'd like in a good therapist? __________________ |

Conspiratorial (I actually had a therapist try to connect COVID vaccines to the Mark of the Beast from Revelation.), Imperious (particularly when it comes to new meds or treatments), but also Indecisive (With one therapist, it was like pulling teeth trying to get a recommendation for anything.)
Have you had dreams that were obvious metaphors for the issues and problems you faced that day? __________________ "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Not really a holiday drink so much as seasonal, but classic hot chocolate.

Yup. Not oodles but enough to stick around and cause ice on the road. It’s the hard cold powdery stuff that’s no good for snowman ☃️ and snowballs and not quite enough for sledding. Just a hassle.

Not sure this year. We might have a special meal. It does mean something to me (fortunately we do not have to get together with distant (or mean) family members)
