I guess some kind of egg dish with roll or bread on the side and fresh veggies (cherry tomatoes, pepper strips, radishes, cucumber, etc.) Yesterday I made "ham and eggs", but I also make variations of mushroom/onion/eggs or Lečo, which is sauteed onion/pepper/tomato and eggs. Or other ways. They always taste good. My husband is obsessed with lečo and eggs. Sometimes people also add sliced kielbasa to it, but Hubby prefers me not to. I most prefer eggs poached or sunny side up over scrambled, or in omelette form. Occasionally I make them my prefered way. I first started making eggs for myself at age 8 or 9. First thing I learned to cook on my own and reach the stove (I was tall). I was proud of myself.

How exactly do you most like your eggs, if you like them? And dry/well or more runny? And what with?

Dry omelets with cheese, sausage, onions, and peppers

Are you generally dehydrated, perfectly hydrated, or overhydrated?

Perfectly hydrated is my goal. I love water, so I drink plenty when I'm home. When I'm away from home I have a nice water bottle I take with me. The lovely grocery store near my apartment has a whole section of waters. I love trying different ones, especially when the weather is hot.

Q: Are you looking forward to spring or are you okay with winter for a while?

I'm looking forward to spring. Winter hasn't been that bad this year but lots of grayness.

Favorite Winter-Time activity?

Sitting near a fireplace or woodstove with a cup of hot coffee or tea.

What winter activity are you glad to stop in the spring?

Having to keep my windows open only an inch. I want to open my windows wide, feel the air, smell the scent of orange blossoms. Spring!

Q: Same. What winter activity are you glad to stop in the spring?

Wearing my ice grippies in the driveway every time I go out.

Do you listen to different types of music during different seasons?

No, my hearing had deteriorated too much to really enjoy music much. I have the same rock station on in the car all year long.

If you could live anywhere, where would you live? Why?

This sounds silly but I'd live at the summer camp where I worked in college. (So really I'd live near there but as close as possible). It's the most beautiful place with mountains and a gorgeous river and it's just my favorite place. If it weren't for bipolar and needing to be near my pdoc (any pdoc would be hard to find there) and some things like that I'd move there when my mom is gone. But it wouldn't be a good idea in reality.

Can you change a tire on a car?

No, but if I do eventually go to autoskola (driving school) in Czech Republic, I'll have to learn. I already know how to drive and drove for over 30 years in the US, but Czech Republic won't recognize my US driver's license anymore. They stop after 3-months living here. Czech autoskola has many more requirements, including some basic mechanics, procedures and required items if broken down on the side of the road, and even basic first aid, not to mention many different road signs and rules. Driving in tram areas is also new to me and seems scary.

Have you ever driven cross country/continent (or nearly) or been a passenger for such a trip? Where did you go?

Yes, I moved an 18 hour drive across the US continent (south to north) this past August. Previously, I drove north to south to move south but only lasted 13 months in the south. I enjoy car trips normally but moving a household with cats in the car was very stressful!

Have you used the Calm app or other relaxation/meditative apps to help you fall asleep or just to relax?

Never tried them. To be fair, I have a couple of mantras and meditation practices that help me, so I've never had the need.

What fascinates you at the moment?

How do you prefer the sleeve length of your long sleeved shirts.

Extra-long. I have long arms and long hands and I like my sleeves to reach the center of my hands. That way I can leave them long (my finger tattoos show well then), or roll them up if I want to.

Q: I like that ? so: Same. How do you prefer the sleeve length of your long sleeved shirts?

I like it to hit just below the wrist but I am on the short side so generally my sleeves are halfway or all the way to my knuckles.

How many pills do you take daily (including vitamins, half pills as a pill, etc. anything you take counts).

Actual pills (I take more than one pill of a few meds):

Bipolar - 10
BP/tachy/choles - 3
Thyroid - 1
Multivitamin - 1
Sometimes other PRN

Total: 15 or sometimes 16 or 17 per day (8 in morn & 7 at night). I've taken more than this further in the past.

Question: How close to the same times per day do you tend to take your medications?

I don't think I understand the question so I'll just throw info at you and hope it covers it.
I take my AM meds at 7:15am every day exactly, my midday meds at 1pm everyday (I try to be exact but I'm not always home but it's always by 2pm), and my night meds anywhere between 6-7pm.

Do you ever find stuff you made in the past and thought "wow, I was really good at this." and then you try it again and feel like you lost all your talent?

I was a talented cross-stitcher but I haven't made anything in years so I suppose I've lost my touch.

Question: Do you take a med specifically to help you sleep?
