I felt amazing for about a Week I guess????

I can’t quit crying. My blanket is too heavy and my toe hurts. My mind is racing and the tears keep coming.

I ****ing hate bipolar. I use woebot to mood track and my last few weeks looks like a roller coaster!

I see my new pdoc again Feb 1. I can’t start Lybalvi til he can maybe get my Insurance to cover it.

I feel so alone in this. I can’t tell anyone in my real life about this

My mind raced for hours. I finally fell asleep around 3 am. I had a dream beth was at my house abd my cat got out abd got scared by a car and ran away abd I was so. Upset I’d die if my cat ran away. He’s laying on me right now

Maybe try lie low from your fiancé until you can get some sleep. I doubt it’s just you since there’s 2 people in a relationship. Hope you get some rest.

I took my new med and I’m still irritable and wide awake. I thought zyprexa typically helps with sleep.

Wtf is going on it’s like im all over the place today

What dose of zyprexa are you on? It only helps me with sleep at 20+mg and even then it's not like a knock out med like Seroquel is for me.

10mg. I finally got sleep. Feeling hungover today but I’m hoping I’ll feel better.
