Oh wow, you guys in the U.S. are lucky!
Amazon launched a new pharmacy subscription for $5/month that includes prescription meds like Lamotrigine (generic version of Lamictal), Quetiapine (generic version of Seroquel), Risperidone (generic version of Risperdal), Bupropion, Venlafaxine, Sertaline, and Escitalopram. The $5/month is for unlimited prescriptions, too! Here's the full list of meds that they cover: Amazon Pharmacy: RxPass (https://pharmacy.amazon.com/rxpass#all-rxpass-meds) Here's a news article about it that links back to the Amazon pharmacy page above: Amazon launches a $5 monthly subscription for prescription drugs - The Verge I hope they expand this to Canada and other countries! __________________ * Dx: Unspecified Bipolar and Related Disorder * Rx: Remeron, Prozac, Klonopin, Vraylar My avatar picture is a photo of the Whirlpool Galaxy I took in April 2023. It is unbelievable. When I tried to find out if they had my drugs said 34.95 with insurance and 1,678.99 without insurance for a month. So I’m confused

Depends on the meds, I suppose. Only two of my meds qualify and the rest run about $10-$20 each per month (sans insurance). Still, if I end up going back to private insurance this year (a possibility), it might be something worth exploring.

Thanks scooter, but...as if I would use Amazon to send my medication. 1/3 of the time they don't deliver packages at the time promised or, not infrequently, they deliver to the wrong apartment. Also, they don't accept Medicare or Medicaid as prescription payment. I would use Amazon to deliver (hopefully) my meds as a last resort.

I didn't intend to be mean about your post. And I'm pretty sure that in many locations Amazon is very dependable. I just get really frustrated in my town because none of the delivery services (oftentimes even the USPS) seem to get their stuff straight some of the time. Or maybe it's because I live in an apartment. Even though the complex is very small, some delivery people seem to have difficulty finding my apartment, I cannot understand why. __________________ |

I don’t order much but I’ve gotten everything I’ve ordered. And one time I got my neighbors package. Since I was waiting for a package I thought mine had come early and opened it. Oops 😬 I taped it shut and walked it to the neighbors house two doors down. I imagine if I had a business and needed them to constantly come they should know where you are by now! Geez 🙄

Apparently part of the problem is that my apt. number is 16. My packages and mail not infrequently get delivered to #19. Strangely, I have never received a package or mail for #19. Fortunately, that neighbor is the sweetest person ever and always brings my stuff to me. In fact, I'm thinking of sending her a box of some kind of nice tea to thank her.
