I can't seem to get to AF. right now I am drinking 4-6, sometimes 7or 8. I find myself stopping by fat pats restaurants they have a bar there that is like cheers, well maybe not.
I was abstaining pretty good there drinking these partake none alcoholic low calories I was drinking those pretty regularly I was not missing the alcohol and then I missed fat pats folks I was going there every evening. for a couple of beers. they are 2 for one small beers.I have gained so much weight. I really need to get back to my partakes. I have a stack of them in the pantry. When I came back everyone of the bartenders said that they missed me. that made me feel good and happy. These are not my friends. They are friendly and nice to me because that is their job. I must remember this. I was in a car accident december 15 totaled my car.It was only 2013 honda fit. I loved that car. I decided to get a car with a hatch back, I like hondas, have had them for years. So we drove up to Indiana in this toyota corolla, it was nice a very simple car to have. It came with a regular key not push button. It got around good no problems with it at all. When we returned we were looking at 2 different dealers out of town. One was in baton rouge and the other was just a bit further away, gonzalus. We spent a long time with karin at the richards honda. We liked her a lot she was down to earth and very personal. She had some thing wrong with her. she was kind of shaky, and her voice quivered. anyway. We told her we were going to look at another car in gonzalus. so we went and the salesman was sleazy. They engraved the car with the Vin number on the window and would charge us $500 for that we said we did not want that feature so we were not going to pay for it. so we said good bye. and went back to karin and told her that we liked her better and bought the car from her. I have only had the car a week and like it a lot. It is a honda civic sport hatchback. perfect for my work, my bag would not fit into trunks. so it had to be a hatch back. It is not a huge suv that I did not want, it is a regular car. My trip to Indiana was longer than we had planned on. My niece had planned a surprised birthday party for my twin sister. we had told gretchen that we were leaving december 30.We surprised her twice one in the front of the bar with us to greet them then back to the party room with about 20 of her best friends. She was quite surprised. My niece Morgan ordered the best tasting cake it was very simple the numbers 60., 2 layered cake with yummy frosting I had never had that great of cake before it was delicious. I had had some depression before going because I hate leaving because I will have a ton of phone calls to answer and new clients to fit into my already booked calendar. We drive there takes us a good 2 days there and then back. We were gone almost 2 weeks which is too long. We spent some time at my folks house, she is recuperating from shoulder surgery. Send some prayers or good intentions for her healing....She was well enough to go on a cruise 15 day thru the panama canal. I think they had a good time and hopes her pain gets better in time. I had better get off here, thinking about going to bed early. I have been going to bed earlier and earlier.but still wake up very groggy like I have not been sleeping well. I wonder if I have sleep apnea I snore a lot. hubby has ear buds that are used for sleep they are Boze. there are different sounds to listen to. he likes "warm mist". They have probably saved our marriage. Good night y'all. bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

I'm sorry to hear of your woes, bizi. It seems like you are succeeding in working through some of what troubles you. I know buying a car can be very stressful. And travelling! Good vibes to your mom (?) on her surgery and healing. I also have trouble with sleep apnea sometimes - I have a mouthguard that I use that helps a lot. It definitely makes me wife happy when it works. Take care!

Hi bizi, A very late Happy Birthday to you! I'm 3 days older than you are.
What a terrific post, made me sad, then made me smile. I'm so glad the new car is working out for you. That's so important. I can well understand how you feel about Fat Pat's. I don't even like alcohol, but there's a dive bar 4 blocks from my apartment and if I wasn't so shy, I'd go there just to talk with people. I'd order an orange juice and soda water or something. The bar there is well over 100 years old, like most of the buildings on that street. Do you go to Fat Pat's by yourself? __________________ |

I figured out what stopped my snoring. it wasn't the mouth guard. It is the way that I sleep now.I sleep on my right side always have slept this way.
then I put my right hand under my pillow to cushion my neck. and lately I have been then putting my left hand up next to my jaw to help support my head if that makes any sense. but twice hubby said I was not snoring. he still uses his ear buds from boze. he likes the medium mist. I still wear the mouth guard. I grid my teeth at night. I did not think that I did but there a grinding teeth marks on the out side of the guard. so that is proof, I grind my teeth. __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

thanks crazyhitch!
I forgot to wear my mouth guard last night. I need to make this part of my bed time routine. I already have a cracked tooth and don't want to make it any worse. The dentist that I went to about 4 months ago. The hygienist said well that is strange you only have 2-5's which are an indicator of unhealthy gums. So apparently I had more and showed some improvement. so that was good. I bought some paradontax, but it has stannous fluoride in it and could stain my teeth. so I am afraid to use it. also bought some healthy gums mouth rinse. Then got sucked in to an infomercial from face book, and bought these pills that dissolve in your mouth called Prodentim=advanced oral probiotics for healthy gums. I have these after brushing my teeth and using mouth wash. then put a little mouth wash into my mouth guard and plop that into my mouth and go to bed. |

Mardi gras was fun but today is ash wednesday.
A Catholic holy day. It starts lent 6 weeks of thoughtfulness and a time to reflect on your goals and life in general. I am not Catholic but will participate in an alcohol free time until easter. I have 3 other friends who are going to abstain except for Denises birthday. I will continue to abstain even though her cake party is on next wednesday in a bar called the tap room. They carry beers that I like and it will be hard. But I think I can drink soda water. I am hoping to lose a few pounds that will inspire me to continue this path. Wish me luck and does anyone else want to join me? bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

I was hurting and down in the dumps last night.
I accidentally lost my balance getting out of my car and fell back into my car instead of falling on the driveway. hurting my hand and back thigh. I am not happy with myself. My balance is becoming more of a problem. I should be doing exercises but I am not.I should probably go to PT but my schedule is such that I would have to get up earlier and get to PT way before my first client. Ii went to bed at 9;30 because I was really tired and felt my back was sore and bothering me. I took a shower this morning and got up early to do that and I feel wake and better. I need to get ready for the day. I never go to bed that early. I need to do laundry today I won't get home until 5;30.There is nothing left in the fridge to eat that is not frozen. hubbies rehearsal went well they had 2 new tunes to learn. It was a 2 hour rehearsal. He got home before 8 30. I am still Alcohol free 5 days. I had a head ache after dinner, wonder if it is related to withdrawal? I seldom get them, took 2 advil and it went away. Have a good day, and thanks for reading along with me. bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

Ohhh, I'm so sorry you fell, bizi. Falls are so disorienting and, of course, painful. But 5 days without alcohol is healthy, so good for you!

Congratulations on being af for 5 days. Sorry you fell, falls always scare me like I trust myself less. Hopefully you heal fast and have no more headaches.
