The gist

*Pdoc halved my Klonopin to only nighttime. She prescribed another med for the tongue and other movements. I haven't gotten that yet because I'm using the pharmacy at the pdoc's office. It needs a prior auth so we are waiting on that but then they'll mail me my script.

Pdoc introduced me to a new pdoc because my pdoc is retiring! She introduced me to who is going to be my new pdoc starting in 3 weeks. She said it's because she and her sister bother need to take care of her ailing mother. I'm not sure how close she was to retiring or even how old she is.

It's hard to lose a pdoc that you've known and worked with for over 10 years.

Ugh, I'm sorry you lost your original post. How very frustrating.

Wow, that's a huge change, Moose. What do you think of your new pdoc?

She seems nice enough and she knew enough to have a conversation with my "old" pdoc about my meds and my awful body movements .I have my first appointment with her in exactly 3 weeks so I'll know more then.

We are getting 8 to 10 inches of snow, by the way. It started at 2 pm today and ends at 4 a.m. something. My mom says that some people in her neighborhood have lost power again like a lot of us did last Friday from an ice storm. But at least then my mom could pick me up because she has an SUV and she had power. My mom still has power tonight.

Extremely fidgety! I can't stop moving for long. I've lost weight from all this wiggling. I don't know when the new med is supposed to arrive in the mail. I just turned on Netflix and am watching Parenthood from 1989.
