Did the Ozempic make you sick at first?

No, it did not. But I had GI side effects: first, constipation, then, diarrhea. They are all gone now and I have increased the dose to 2 mg.

I have lost 19% of my body weight and plateaued but am happy at my current weight, even though I have BMI 37. But I have also have been doing strength training and it changed my body shape. I am now at the same weight I was 10 years ago (after some weight gain from meds, but not yet catastrophic weight gain from Zyprexa), but my body shape is better than it was 10 years ago, all thanks to strength training.
