I don’t recall side effects on Abilify except for some weight gain even though it is one of the more weight neutral ones

Oh I wish I could partake in aqua fitnes. At my place all the places in the acua group is taken before 06:30 am every day. I cannot understand why we cannot buy a whole section at once, one Authumn section , one Winter and so on. Glad to see that you are clever to use your time well! ![]() __________________ There is always hope ... |

This day has been hard to come through! I have swallowed 2000 mg Parasetamol and will take 1000 mg later before bedtime!

I also forgot to buy the vitamin food supplement when I was at the vets. Now I need to call. Hate calling. I got an appointment with my kidney doctor for tommorow afternoon. I'm in sooo much pain right now. I took some tylenol and I'm hoping just to get through the night. I have my stretchy shorts on. I didnt eat anything bad. Just some soup and a bagel and some yogurt. I took a 2 hour nap which didnt do much but I had this cool dream where a few friends and I discovered time travel and the abilty to change the past but we all agreed not to change any world event in case it hugely impacted the future.
I think the stretchy shorts and tylenol are somewhat working though as long as I don't move around too much . __________________ Facts don't have feelings Backrolls?? |

I’m so sorry your dealing with pain. I’ve had Fibromyalgia for 20+ years diagnosed and first was told in my early 30’s ( I’m 55 now) and I can’t explain the anger and sadness I have because of it. Some days it’s not god awful and other days I am just in bed. I seldom get my pain below a 7. About 6 years ago I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis so I have the muscle pain/ache of Fibro and now the joint degeneration of PsA The foot pain can be unbearable at times. Have you tried Gabapentin ? I was on that and it helped a bit. I then went on Lyrica which is really just a refined version of Gabapentin. I also take Flexiril which is a muscle relaxer which helps a bit. Getting consistent sleep is a huge help. Altho when your body aches it’s so hard to get it. Do try to learn to pace yourself ( I suck at it often) but pacing can help. Look into the “ Spoon” way of coping. It really does fit how our abilities change from day to day. Most of all be kind to yourself ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

I applaud you for doing Aqua fitness in the winter !!!!! I’m glad your keeping up on your nails. It just feels good to do something just for yourself. Total different species but one of my horse back in the day struggled to keep weight on. She was a 29 year old Arabian. I found her a food that was high calorie but also upped her appetite. Maybe they have something like that for cats ? I hope you find something tasty for Sir ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

It’s been a long day. But I’m grateful. My pharmacy got my miracle med in and I only had to pay $10.35! Without insurance it’s $1800

My first day at the volunteer job thing is tomorrow. Nervous and excited. Wish me luck. I know it will be a great experience but I always get worried about silly things

I’m on abilify. It helps my mood a lot and also helps with my paranoia quite a bit. I hope it works out for you ![]() The only thing I will mention for side effects is it did come with a little weight gain and some restlessness/insomnia. But I’m on other meds that help with the insomnia so it’s okay Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk __________________ R.I.P mom ![]() “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

It took a few tries to see a dentist (one wasn't in office 'till Thursday, two others wouldn't take Medicaid), but I finally got one to look at my tooth. In addition to the chunk of tooth missing, that tooth was infected and abscessed and now, with the nerve and pulp exposed, extra painful.
Goes without saying, but that tooth will have to go. The issue? Their "extractor" won't be in for nearly a month. I don't think I'll be able to stand a month of this. They did give me the number of a clinic that could potentially get me in earlier. In the meanwhile, antibiotics for the infection and any NSAID under the sun for pain! __________________ "I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. You're welcome - and yes there are several similarities between Buddhism and Stoicism, which are interesting as I know of no connection between the two. Both philosophies also teach that suffering is an inevitable part of life and there is no way to avoid it, but a way to mitigate it is through positive mental practices. One of the most helpful aspects of stoicism to me personally is the idea that "the obstacle is the path" and that I should take the difficult path rather than the easy one in pursuit of a worthy goal. Basically if you don't do something you will suffer anyway with regret. Also stoicism teaches that we should measure our accomplishments by how hard we worked for them rather than if they are successful or get us acclaim. And one of my favourite Buddhist quotes is "Just as a solid rock is unshaken by the wind, so a wise man is unmoved by praise or blame." These ideas are so helpful to me with my fiction writing--to take pride in my efforts regardless of if I get any praise or criticism. It's very hard to do though. I have sold short stories but if I ever sell a book I am determined never to read any reviews. ![]() |
