I’m exhausted from trying to hide it. I’m so deeply depressed and have no reason to be. I have anehdonia and lingering grief over losing my sweet Mawmaw.

Work is just a lot right now and I’m getting overwhelmed. My boss said I look tired. I’m sleepy 24/7 lately. I could sleep for days and still look tired everyday.

I’m annoyed by the littlest of things. Any moment I’ll snap.

I don’t have time for this.

@HALLIEBETH87 sorry to hear you are feeling so tired. There can be many reasons for that including the grief you mentioned. My friend went to the doc and found after their blood tests came in they had a thyroid condition that had grown worse and they needed their medication changed. It helped them.

Another time their psych meds were over medicating them so they talked to pdoc and they made adjustments including a psych med that helped them sleep better without waking up groggy.

Whatever you or your medical team discovers, hope you find some ways through this challenge. @CANDC

Well my thyroid function was jus checked. It’s good with my meds.

My dr just decreased my lybalvi bc he thought it’d help with being overly sedated but I feel the same.
