Hi @Tobycham welcome to MSF. I am happy to see others seeking out support groups. They have helped me.

I am not sure if you can get into these US based Zoom groups for depression. Online Support Groups - Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance

You may want to do a google search on "UK depression Zoom support groups"

Hope you get the support you are looking for - @CANDC

Welcome, Tobycham!

I'm not aware of bipolar zoom meetings based in the UK, but CANDC above mentions the video bipolar meetings through DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance) in the US. I was a long-time DBSA member and can say that any English speaker from anywhere can join them. Of course the time difference could be a slight factor, but many meeting times were always available.
