I have covid.
Been taking the anti viral meds and has given me a tin taste
unpleasant for sure. But grateful I can tell it is already working.
Had to cancel my clients for the week.
And I put them on my waiting list,
head of the others that were already on the list.
I think I have 35 people on my wait list.
sigh
Business is good too good.
I can't afford to be sick next week
that is for sure!
I just hope that I get over these symptoms.
Well that is the short story.

I'm sorry to read that you have Covid. Every time I think things have cleared, I hear of someone else who gets it. At least folks don't seem to be dying of the new strains. I hope you're back in action soon.

Hey Bizi,

Hope by now since its the 16th of September your feeling even
better. Ive been really busy and since I have to really look for this forum
I've had trouble getting back. I'll try to get back more now.

Derrick has a new job starting this next week at Outback. He has two
Interviews and orientation. And will start at a Host position and then
move up to a better position to the Cook as time goes on.

I hope you are doing good.

Oh Donna, what happened to O Charlies?Did they not live up to his requests.I think he made a good decision out back is a good steak house and other food. My parents love out back!

No he got a phone call on The 20th of August that they were closing their Doors that evening. He was floored kind of. It was unexpected by the staff. Even the management. But he was able to just work with his job coach to get a new resume ready and get out and put in applications. He had applied at Cheddar's they had interviewed him. And the manager really wanted to hire him but had no place to put him. He was interviewing technically as a prep Cook I believe.
But he told him that he would keep him in his application area just in case. Gave him some tips of were he would think he should apply one was Outback. And a few he put in applications at. That didn't call. Anyway Outback was happy the Cheddars sent him to them, They even said, if he works out they would send the manager a gift card. He will start as host and move towards a cooking position as he was doing a O'charleys. So he is really happy. His job coach says he does interviewing really well by himself.

Thank you insciencewetrust. my waiting list is going no where.
I wish I could have some cancellations so I could fill them with waiting list folks.
so far I have about 12 people on my list. too many!
It is about a 2 month list.

Hey Bizi,

Are you okay. I haven't seen you in a while. Hope all is okay.

I am doing fine. Derrick and I will be gone this comig weekend.

We go to the ALU weekend, which is Atheletes Leadership University.

Derrick is doing the Capstone project. Which is the end of a chapter
of his program. He will have what is called a degree in his Health
and fitness program when he gets this project finished.

When he gets his program figured out for the time I'll let you know
what he is planning to do.

I have been back to work the past 2 weeks I think.my waiting list got smaller because I opened up working on saturdays. I have few openings in october.
I have been having several cancellations. And it is frustrating.
sigh. too much work is better than no work.

Yes it is. I'm glad you are doing better and back to work. We are all doing
well and will be doing even better when this weekend is done I think.

Its always a tiring weekend for me. So I will really be glad when its over.
I really enjoy doing this but its tiring for me so its always something that
is hard to enjoy at times.

I'm working on figuring out what kind of leader Derrick is considered
right now. But I will have to work on this somemore.
