Honestly I'll be fine I don't want to worry my Dad he doesn't know I'm high. My sister is up north 5 hours away from us for the weekend. So I need to be fine. I'm seeing my Dad on Saturday and Sunday for dinner. I'm alone tonight. My mental health team have shut for the weekend now as its after 5pm.

OK Friday night I got 0 sleep. Didn't sleep at all Saturday either. I thought I would of snoozed in the afternoon but nope. Came home from my Dad's tonight and all I have done is talk to guys, talk to myself, sing songs from years gone by and I've stupidly been self harming (hitting my head!) Why am I like this I feel so good and not at all tired

Got a letter this morning, my Psychiatry appt has been given a new date.... 11th December.... that will be 6 months I haven't heard from him by then. I guess I have the duty worker to rely on but they are mostly useless. Oh well least I have an appt for this year could be worse I suppose

Still flying high. Have been chatting to guys all day its nearly 10pm. I've had phone sex 3 times today. I'm so excitable. Not in that way more in a tigger way. People are cancelling on me left right and centre. I'm due to go out tomorrow thats been cancelled same with Monday. I'm sick of people cancelling on me. I must of been a bad person in a previous life. Lying in bed crying over fb videos I'm a total sap.

Called Duty Worker today, waste if time my Psychiatrist is off today and won't be back until Tuesday. Plus the centre is shut in 40 mins until Tues as Monday is a public holiday. I'm worse in respect thinking of sex etc a guy is coming to me in a few weeks. No-one can help me, I can't help me no point in moaning. I'm just putting this out here
