A friend of mine is on it, been on it about 6 months (BP2) and it is working great, but prohibitively expensive, even with pharm company help.

mixed states & rapid cycling under severe stress
tegretol 200 mg
wellbutrin 75 mg, cut in half or higher dose as needed

It is the newest atypical with a remarkably good profile in terms of EPS. it sounds like you could not tolerate other atypicals because of akathisia, if I recall your posts correctly, so Caplyta is definitely one to try because it has a low likelihood of causing akathisia.

Gabapentin 1500 mg+Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects)

Long-term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued:

- Obesity BMI ~ 38
