I haven't posted in a while but I'm still here. I've been dealing with hypomania symptoms since August. My Depakote got upped to 750mg at night mid December. I think it's kinda helping.

Today (Thurs) I went to a managing stress and anxiety group. I spoke and participated normally I'm quiet. I spoke about what's challenging me and the stress its causing me. I was scared people were gonna laugh at me but no-one did. There were 5 of us in total. 3 participant's and 2 workers. I'm now stressing I said too much. I can't catch a break. Got a gaining confidence group on 1st Feb with same workers.

I'm still seeing my Therapist. I bought an ADHD workbook. So she's gonna read over my answers and I have "homework" from her to do. This year im aiming to be more assertive hopefully i can do this.

Don’t stress that you said too much. It probably was just right! Good for you for going and participating!
