Good morning!
I think I slept well last night. Got to bed late due to me being on line too much and then doing some paperwork before getting to bed at 12;30pm,
got up at 8;40 my first client is at 1030.I should get there before then as
I don't want to make her late for lunch.
She lives at an assisted living place called wood briar.
This will be the first time That I am seeing her.
My bathroom schedule is hit and miss. I take anywhere from 33 mg to 50mg of senna. I don't want to get backed up again.
My carpel tunnel symptoms have calm down it seems.
so that is good.

Donna,
how is paul doing?
Is he still having some seizures? Did you get to see them?
How is your weather. I think my folks said that they did not have any snow when they came home from their cruise.
They had a great time. mom said she loved it.
It looked like they had a great time from all of their pictures.
Mom got a tooth abscess they went to the house/cruise doctor
and he gave her anti biotics.
It seems that the antibiotics have done their job she is much better.
The food sounded very delicious.

Hope you had a great day with your new client. Its been nice weather
here lately. I'm so hoping it stays that way. I got to see Harmony yesterday
before school, that was so nice. She is talking so much more now.

That is so great. Dan is doing so good. And it makes me so happy.
I think my husband need to get a hobby if he can't get his self back to
working. Heehee.

derrick is enjoying all his working. And I'm just enjoying sitting around
and waiting to go out and enjoy the nice weather more. Its more that
I just want to relax and enjoy the sitting instead of going anywhere
right now.

Paul hasn't had any more seizures. He spent a couple of weeks in a reh. in Lafayette closer to home, after surgery in Indy. But also had to spend a few days in Lafayettes
Hospital because his potassium was low. But he went home yesterday. The picture on facebook looked really good. The day we went to visit him he was really tired.

I finally got in the shower. Got up early.
because it was a work day and needed to wash my hair. It was really awful looking.
I too have a hard time thinking about how fat I have become.I try to cut back on food but then drink too many calories.
I am drinking anywhere from 4-6 a night even though they are only 100 calories a piece that still adds up.
so I am headed to bed after I do my nightly routine, which takes me 20 minutes or so.That will put me in bed later than I wanted.
my alarm is set for 9 am like usual. Except for shower days then I get up at 8
to be sure that I have enough time. After my shower I can sometimes get back in bed for a bit. I love to sleep. WE have the best blanket it is so snuggly. I had better get going if I can be disciplined then I can get thru my routine.

I took a shower today!!!! my hair looked so nasty
That I could not wait any longer so I hoped in.
It wasn't too unpleasant,4 days is a record for me. yahoo!
It has been a weekly thing for so long. It had been

forever that I took a shower after 4 days.
It has been for ever since I took maybe I can't keep it up???
Just get up at 8 then go back to bed and snuggle with our Blanket.
Jeff has been walking running for at least 2-3 years I am really proud of him and happy for him.He did it when it was freezing and
when there was light rain.He says I should exercise for balance I have been
clumsy lately. I have fallen hard 3 times the year. One time it took out my right knee. then another time I was at an assisted living place that I tripped on the carpet and went down the there was the curb incident it was taller than I was accustomed to, I fell up the stair. There was an incident at a clients house where I trip over my stool because because I was carrying a bunch of towels that I had done with and I was taking them to the laundry room. I did not see my stool and fell right in front of it. The towels broke my fall. So I was grateful for that.
