I'm just wondering if its common to be going through withdrawels and throwing up. I just threw up again tonight and I stopped the last of my 25mil lamictal last night. I also stopped 12mil Prestiq today. And I've been blowing out blood for a few days but I'm negative for covid so I don't think thats related.

But yeah I've been tapering off Lamictal since Januaray 8th and I've thrown up 3 times.

Is this common and will it go away or should I get it checked out by a GP because it might be something else? I do have that "no big deal" messed up right side intestine thing too.

Honestly I just feel like complete **** right now physically and I haven't been very hungry in a few days either.

I weaned myself off 200mg of Lamictal and have been completely off for going on six (?) days now. I haven't been spewing or anything. I don't know if that's normal or not. It probably depends on the person.

Oh - editing raspberry coming in, I also contracted the flu from my daughter and have been blowing snotty blood. Yick. You're probably just sick.

Re: 25mil lamictal, I think you mean 25 mg of Lamictal. Mil means milliliter. I was confused, thinking you might be taking Lamictal in liquid form and I am not aware of Lamictal coming in liquid form (Lithium does). the acronym of milligrams is mg.

I had no trouble at all quitting Lamictal, but of course everyone is different. I agree with Raspberry in that you are probably just sick. Not every sickness can be attributed to withdrawal from pharmaceuticals.

Lol thanks for correcting me. I've been doing that my whole life I don't know why anyone didn't correct me until now.

I didnt do much yesterday. I did some grocery shopping but whatever I have was making me feel pretty sucky. So I was just lying down most of the day. I went out to dinner Saturday though and I might go out out later during the week for dinner. Then my sister is coming over this weekend for a bigger celebration.

I don't remember what happened with Lamictal. But throwing up seems to be common with me when I withdraw from something.
