Ok so I calmed down and I dumped out the zzquil too and we got Red Lobster for dinner and I feel better now.

Zzquill is the same stuff that is in benadryl and benadryl can make some people (me) go up. I was given several doses of it in the hospital once to calm me down and then had a miserable time waiting for it to leave my system. It was so bad I was put on 1:1 for a shift and the unit I go to rarely does 1:1s. They kept trying to find things I could do besides pace around. I think I took like 4 showers just to have something different to do that would calm me down for a little bit. No more of that stuff for me.

Did it make you hungry? I've been eating everything today and I read Unisom and Zzquil can cause increased hunger and weight gain since they are antihistamines and antihistamines do that.

I don't remember. I was so anxious I doubt I was eating much because I doubt I could stay still that long. Plus that was before my hospital decided to prioritize good food so I'm sure I was living on cottage cheese and fruit, the safest options on the menu.

ugh thy gave me 200mg of benadryl while IP because i was having akathesia from risperdal and the on call doc was afraid if twas allergic reaction. i took three showers that day and paces miserably all night. nothing helped butt ime for it to wear off.

any thing that has PM next to it benadryl,
tylennol PM advil pm alevie pm exedrine pm zzquil Get the picture.... 20mg of melatonin is too much to take during the day try taking it 30 minutes before lights out bed time. hope this helps. bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |
