New month new thread.
My sister oldest one Jill is vacationing in Australia. My twin sister Gretchen is leaving on saturday to go to london and scottland for 2 weeks. I am so out of shape I could not walk any trip even if is to walk to the grocery store 4 blocks a way.Now that is horrible. I have good news. last year my MDOC looked at my elevated total cholesterol which is always high due to my high good hdl she suggested I take red yeast rice. so I ordered some and it has niacin and coque 10 which I was already taking and continued to take. the good news is that all of my labs came back normal and my total cholesterol dropped 90 points we were both so happy my ldl dropped and so did my triglycerides. I highly recommend those supplements.So I don't have to go on statins YAY!!!!!
