I am ready to go to bed and it is only 9:15pm.
normally we stay up until 10;30 the get ready for
bed lights out by 1130.
My alarm is set for 9am, my first client is close by
so I could hit snooze a few times and still be able
to get up and ready to go see her. For a 10;30 appointment.

She is my age
I am 61 years old I started seeing her as a client when she fell
and broke her neck and ankle I think.
She had to wear this really fortified neck stabilizer
not the soft cushy one. She had to wear it for 6 weeks.
ouch!!!
any way.....My hubby and I are night owls.
Hated this time change.
He gets up at 7;15 to go feed the cats in
the neighborhood.
He jogs and walks and is in pretty good shape.
I am not. I drink to much. I belong to planet fitness and
have not gone in a year. It is inexpensive 10$ a month.
But still it is throwing money down the drain if i don't go.
I really want to go but end up drinking and there goes
my motivation to go. I weigh about 50 pounds heavier
then I was 5 years ago. And a few years before then
I was 70 pounds over my unhealthy weight of 122 and
seriously going to a really nice health club. I am 5'7".
I am pushing 200 pounds. It is from drinking fattening drinks.
I think I have a healthy food intake.
Eat mini meals at the health food store and cafe.
All of the fruits and veggies are organic. They use grass
feed beef. I have made some friends. Bill is quite involved with AA.
He eats there every day and gets the mini meal also.
Bill has been sober at least 7 years.
He has never encouraged me to go.
I am sorry for taking over this thread.
Hallie good luck with your move and then your wedding.
Lots of changes in a short amount of time. Watch your moods.
I miss christina does she still post here?
good luck to all of you and hugs if you need them.

I use to be a night owl now I can't wait for bed at 10. I'm overweight too. Though I drink soda and don't eat well. I have a very limited diet and don't eat much. I need to start really stepping up my cooking not just throwing stuff in the oven.

I have been wondering were our nice weather has gone its been
cold here in Indiana. Were they say the weather is for the crows.

Hee hee, at least they might as well. It is at least for now.

My system is over loaded.
I was taking to much on.
I sort of put my business on hold.
I am not taking on any new clients.
I am a foot care nurse for the elderly In home.
It is a much needed service but it is only me.
I can't handle the stress of it all any more.
I was working saturdays and a couple of sundays
back to back I want my weekends back.
I did that on purpose because I had 20 people on my waiting list. I was hating it, so I contacted them and put them on the saturday schedule. And the couple of sundays that I told you about. Now I have one person on my waiting list. She was ill and wanted to wait a bit for her to be better.

my hubby Jeff is out of town for the next day, just a quick over night at his buddys house for a drinking fest. And time to regroup with his friendship.
monique, cains wife is doing an impossible to tolerate, job at a hotel 6am-9pm.

So she was not feeling like company I wanted to go with jeff and she said no
She had to go to work for the 6am shift. and she is not drinking for lent and maybe forever. My mood is stable but I have been being uncoordinated in the last few weeks. falling and almost falling. I don't know why this is happening to me.
Jeff has been making me martinis. and I drink a sour beer called "sips bellini"
A local brewery makes it and we can get it in the local stores. total wine and more.
and at whole foods. I fall during to day. falling into and out of my car.I have fallen at a clients house With a bunch of towels over my stool the towels broke my fall. I have fallen several times out side. once inside at an assisted living place. Another time falling up a side walk. right in front of the dentist appointment. any there were other times that I almost fell.
heavy sigh.
I don't know what is going on, I have to be so careful at my clients home.I almost dropped the bucket of water on them. I really need to watch the light cord too.
any way.
other then that every thing is going alright.
I really needed to shower today but I didn't get up soon enough 10:30 I needed the sleep. WE went to chris poor boys for lunch/gumbo, it was delicious!
I will shower tomorrow.I will put this in my thread if any one wants to read it there.

I'm sorry you're falling so much. With me it's because of anemia. You may want to go get a check-up just in case. Put a chair in the shower, you don't want to fall there. This is one reason for my service dog. I'm scared of ice and snow and falling. But have no choice but to live where it is cold.

Sounds like you may need to go to the doctor about the falling issues.
But I know you don't want too. So please be careful. I have had this
issue for most of my life as you know, so it wouldn't be anything new
for me.

Please be careful not to overwork anymore. Just be really careful not
to take on to many clients. And enjoy your time off.

Derrick is sick right now has been for a week. I took him to the doctor
yesterday. And he got antibiotics and a cough medicine. and probiotics,
I believe its called. And a note for work.

He is feeling better today, but hopefully it will last. ugh, we will see.
Its so weird seeing him sick. Its been many years since he has been sick.

Take it easy ladies.

Yes, they did covid and flu both. Negative on both.

I would have taken him soon if Id thought either one of those.

But his antibiotics have worked pretty good. THanks for the birthday
wishes on my facebook page. I had a great day and party at outback.

Derrick went back to work on Thursday and today he is also working
a double.
