Tonight we'll this whole week I have felt shattered beyond tiredness. I slept 15 hours last night (Thurs night). I'm worried I'm really depressed but masking it. I don't have anyone I can talk to this weekend. I'm suffering from really bad restless legs I'm in a lot of pain from both my knees to my feet. I've been lying in bed most of the day watching endless YouTube reels. Not getting any pleasure. I'm numb I can't cry much either. What can I do? I can't take anti-depressants as they send me sky high. Oh what I would give to be high. I thought I was doing good but obviously not

I can relate a lot of what you've shared here. As that's all there seems to be anymore, endless youtube reels (all Ive watched for the last 10yrs), feeling numb beyond measure, either sleeping 12 to 16hrs/ unto being unable to sleep for days, trying to mask the depression around others, having trouble walking or standing for long periods of time (due to an injury in my last job), and omgoodness the restless leg syndrome can drive one crazy mad. Haven't been much one for crying over the years, however, found myself doing more of my fair share of it within these last two years. Genuine Sympathy (((Huggs))) from someone who understands

I'm so sorry

Hey, but here you are, awake and reaching out to this community! Good for you!

When I get the sleep marathons, I figure it's due to "long haul Lyme disease" that takes advantage of my stressed out state. Hang in there.
