I just keep thinking I had some strange medical procedure done, but I just dreamt it. I also can't sleep because I'm in pain and when I go to the bathroom it looks like I'm crapping out weed. Sorry for the tmi

So I don't know if this is some kinda depersonalization or if I'm getting manic or if theres something really effed up with my stomach. My dad acted really weird before he got sepsis.

Under the assumption it only looks like you're crapping out weed as opposed to some strange looking shyt I couldn't imagine coming out someone's butthole, but I haven't thoroughly looked through a lot of people's feces and once mine was clay colored from an infection so who am I to know.

-Throwing up a lot can lead to dehydration can lead to altered mental status and electrolyte imbalance.
-Some infections can cause the same thing.
-Also obviously mania can cause lack of sleep and thinking you're crapping out weed, which given you're throwing up your meds might be likely as well.

Either way, if you're not having any other manic symptoms (abnormally energetic, impulsivity, hypersexuality, pressured speech, paranoia, starting projects and either getting hyperfocused on them or barely doing anything with them and moving on to something else, or whatever else you've noticed with specifically your past manic episodes), the first two would be more likely. Infections would show up on blood work, with other symptoms varying on the infection, and dehydration has other symptoms like headaches, not sweating, peeing less, being thirsty, irritable and/or confused, etc.

I'm obviously not a medical professional, but I've been around the bend a bit and just going based on what I've experienced or been told by docs.

According to the bristol stool chart (haha I almost typed shart instead of chart) shredded fluffy poop is mild diarrhea and can mean a variety of things.

I'm feeling kinda better today. I did keep my probiotic down for once and I was able to take a shower for the first time in a week.

So idk. Maybe my psych med increases are working. I didn't drink any coffee or a ton of soda either and I'm stretched out in bed instead of curled up.

Does it look like good weed or bad weed? If it looks like good weed, I'd be concerned. Bad weed is probably caused by the probiotic you got if you're taking that.

Typically bad weed is darker and I guess in a bag it does kinda look like too-much-spinach turds. Good weed is lighter and has tints of more vibrant other colors like orange and especially purple.

What you initially described doesn't sound like mania to me. I don't think poo has anything to do with mania. I don't know though. Do you have racing thoughts or rapid/pressured speech or hypersexuality or lack of sleep or euphoria?

I've had a bit of racing thoughts. Not really hypersexuailty but like whatever will calm my stomach. Although I did throw up right after, last night. Not sure thats too good. My sleep has been fine.

What kind of medical procedure do you think you had done?

Do you feel like you're getting paranoid overall?

Any chance you're getting psychotic without a mood episode?

I don't know obviously. I'm not a psychiatrist. Have you called your psychiatrist's office? Maybe you need a med adjustment or something.

No, I think I just have some ****** medical problem going on. I see my pdoc this afternoon. The weird medical procedure is happening on Thursday. Hopefully it won't be as weird as it is in my dreams.

Why'd you think you might be getting manic?

Often times I start getting weird mental health symptoms that end up turning into something physical instead. It happens a lot with like colds and stuff. My anxiety will be off the charts for no reason and then 2 days later I get a bad cold and then the anxiety will go away

Glad your mental health is good. Is this more of a testing procedure or a treatment procedure?

It doesn't sound like mania to me. I've had similar dreams and didn't become manic afterwards.
