I am so sick of the mood swings that accompany with bipolar I am on medication and it has been working I just think my moods have a lot to do with my situation at home.. I feel so useless as a wife I feel like the nanny or the help I am so sick of being used like that. I just want to throw in the towel and give up. My moods are all over the place any little thing sets me off I try not to let my moods get the upper hand but I feel unseen, unheard I feel lost. Why does this happen? I feel like giving up!!

I am so sorry your are going through such a hard time. It sounds like you're at your wits end...

It's a matter of finding solutions to your problems... identifying each problem first, then putting a plan in place.

You need someone to help you through the process. Do you have a psychologist? Therapist and social worker?

Also there are online Zoom meetings for bipolar, here: DBSA - Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance

You may also want to check out HeyPeers.com for additional support and resources...

Also, CoDA.org might be worth looking into...
