Can you pay at least some of your credit card debt off?

This is why I don't have access to any of our credit cards! Only Husband does. I would spend money like crazy!

I had to buy this compounded mouthwash with lidocaine in it for my sore mouth. Had no choice but to use my card. The place doesn’t take insurance!

Pdoc put me on a low dose of Risperdal for the not sleeping and for the overspending.

Is there someone you can trust to hold on your money/cards at least until you're less impulsive with spending? Or the freezing it in ice and thawing it if you really need it?

I hope the Risperdal helps. Have you been on it before? It was probably the best med I've taken until they accidentally doubled my injection dose and got delirious for two weeks. But absolutely don't take that as a "this might happen to me" thing because it was so rare my provider couldn't find other cases of it straight up causing delirium and reported it to the FDA.

Is the mouthwash one of those fancy OTC ones or is it something doc has to order?

It’s a prescription. It has lidocaine in it. I’ve been on Risperdal once before and I started making milk! Nothing of any quantity mind you but I had this thought in the back of my mind of “Where’s the baby??” Even though my kids weren’t babies anymore.

That's why I was always afraid of going on Risperdal. I didn't want to start lactating!! Been there, done that. Don't need to do that again, ESPECIALLY if there is no baby. Lol.

I hope the Risperdal helps with your overspending and sleep.

I slept a normal amount last night with the risperdal! I’m sucking on sugarless jolly rancher for the dry mouth.

The jolly rancher hurt my mouth! There’s nothing to do. I am excited about my ex and my son singing a duet this Sunday at church! Their voices are very similar except one is a baritone and one is a tenor. It’s going to be recorded!

Have you looked into xylitol? I also have a dry mouth and have been using xylitol for a few years now. Wouldn't go without it.

I mix 3-4 TBSP xylitol with 1/2 cup hot water (using a kettle) to dissolve, and then fill the 12 oz bottle up with cold water and refrigerate. I add the essential oil I feel like (peppermint, spearmint, eucalyptus, tea tree), although those may be off limits if your mouth currently has ulcers. They could burn. Each day I fill a small clean spice jar up with some and leave in a corner of the counter and take swills throughout the day. It is important to swill the entire mouth so every nook and cranny gets moistened. If it has an essential oil, I then spit it out. If it is plain, I can drink it down if I feel like.
I keep a sippy cup at the top of my bed, and take a sip, swill it around and swallow it down every time I wake up. It is habit now.
I never let my mouth get dry.

I don't get cavities, which you are prone to with a dry mouth, and I also don't get plague buildup, although I do go to the dentist regularly.

I even make my own xylitol mints. Simply heat dry xylitol on low (3-4) until it melts and gets kind of clear and add essential oil if you choose. Pour onto parchment paper or silicone and spread to desired thinness and once hardened break into bite size pieces. I keep a small container of these in my purse. Or you can buy xylitol mints or gum. Walmart has xylitol gum in the aisle as you are going into the self checkout.
If I sound like a bit of a nut case about xylitol, it is because I am. It has been transformative for me.

Google xylitol and teeth. There is lots of info.
Here is one site: Just a moment...

Another thing you could do is ask your compounding pharmacist if it is possible to get unflavored lidocaine mouthwash, if that would help with the burn.

I buy my xylitol from Amazon. It looks and tastes like sugar. It is a sugar alcohol which some people's stomach's are sensitive to (gas, diarrhea etc). If that is the case, spit it out during the day, and only swallow it at night rather than get out of bed. The small amount ingested at night shouldn't bother you.

I bought unflavored lidocaine with Maslow on Wednesday. It works to numb my mouth. Thanks for the info on xylitol. I’ll have to try it!

I am having TD symptoms! Even though I’m on cogentin. Well I just realized that I haven’t taken my ingrezza in at least a week!!! I need a refill too even though I still have the pills I missed in a bottle! I was beginning to think I was having side effects from only a few days on risperdal! Glad I figured that out!!

I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but cogentin never worked for me. Just artane and propranolol.

Now I’m afraid of gaining weight on the risperdal even though on the tiniest dose. I also read tha it can kill your sex drive and performance! I certainly don’t want that!
