I’ve been getting big muscle spasms in my lower abdomen. I suppose I should report that.

Yes you should. I use to take it a while back for only 1 week I had stomach pain and nausea .

Yes, even if the pros of the medication are good, ongoing cons could lead to permanent damage. That's my opinion based on my experience where meds (not Risperdal) left me with deafness in right ear and other ongoing side effects. (smh)

Cogentin at a low dose
