I have all these weird intrusive thoughts like
Possible trigger:
Idk if any of the mental stuff is related. I had a 98.8 "temp" for a bit yesterday but nothing serious. |

Hmmm I guess paranoia can take many different forms ... and might be a sign you're getting unwell. My paranoia manifests itself quite differently but I'm not well when I experience it.
