Well.. I was sleeping good. Back down to 5 hrs last night. Was too wired. Should I be worried? I got up at 5:30. Ate breakfast and had coffee. Now getting ready for work. I was hypeeeer yesterday

I know it sucks but when you're wired like that it's probably not the best thing to drink coffee.

I just wanted it for the taste. lol I didnt drink much. I was having taco mind all night. I keep typing wrong g words for some reason. Isn’t why??!!
Racing mind is annoying. Been up since 5:30-way too early haha idont see my Pdoc til next Friday. Long time.

I see my t on Wednesday at 6pm. So right after practicum. I’m scared I’m still kinda manic as I’m zooming again
