I shift around a lot and am restless while sitting in bed or in the car but its never bothered me so I don't talk to my pdoc about it. But I can't focus on watching TV because I always need to be looking at my phone or something. Or I just get the heebie jeebies.

Could this be TD?

Nah. People these days have a short attention span because of looking at their phones all the time switching to this and that and scrolling through Facebook. It no wonder we can’t watch a whole tv show.

The solution was to watch shows on my phone and keep the TV on mute in the background lol

I listen to the tv with my right earphone, and to my phone with my left regular ear.

Thats what I'm doing right now. I have my right earbud in and I'm listening to Spotify and then just the outside noises. I like to be able to hear my surrondings.
