could it be possible for a psych NP to get a kickback from a hsopital for admission? shes not listening to me when i tell her my concerns and stuff and instead said stuff like "have you considered going to the hospital?" umm no bc i dotn have time or money for that. ugh. maybe she wont help me because she gets money from the hospital for referrals.
is this possible or have i crossed into paranoia again? __________________ schizoaffective bipolar type PTSD generalized anxiety d/o haldol, prazosin, risperdal and prn klonopin and helpful cogentin |

That would be highly unethical so I doubt it. I'd say she is just concerned that you might need the hospital. But the hospital isn't needed for every episode so there is that. Just stay safe. That's all everyone wants for you.

A reality check is needed. No psych nps do not get a kickback from hospitals. Not everything is controlled by meds and it’s very likely she’s doing her best, for you. It’s a very common issue that AD cause mania in bipolar people, so she was following protocol. Perhaps you need to review distress tolerance guidelines. It is OK to feel bad it WILL pass.
